Why MotEve8 Exists
MotEve8 was created to offer a different way of approaching fitness - one that prioritises mental wellbeing, confidence, and long-term strength over pressure or perfection.
This isn’t about quick fixes or extremes. its about building strength in a way that feels safe, supportive and sustainable - for real life, real bodies and real challenges.
MotEve8 is built from lived experience, professional training, and a deep understanding of how powerful movement can be, for both physical and mental health. Here, progress is personal, support is consistent, and you’re met exactly where you are.

How I work - My approach
I believe training should feel supportive, not overwhelming.
My approach is centred around strength, consistency, and care — helping you build confidence in your body without pressure, extremes, or burnout. Sessions are structured but flexible, adapting to where you are physically and mentally, not forcing you into a one-size-fits-all plan.
We focus on doing the basics well, good movement, safe progressions, and realistic habits that fit around real life. Whether you’re new to strength training, returning after a break, or rebuilding confidence, you’ll be guided at a pace that feels achievable and empowering.
This is about feeling capable, supported, and strong — not just in the gym, but beyond it.
Who I support
MotEve8 Fitness supports people who want to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies — without pressure, extremes, or intimidation.
Many of the people I work with are returning to training after time away, rebuilding strength later in life, or simply tired of stop–start fitness routines that never seem to stick. Others are new to strength training and want clear guidance, reassurance, and a supportive environment to learn in.
This is a space for those who value steady progress, safe coaching, and a realistic approach to training that fits around real life. You don’t need to be experienced, confident, or “fit enough” to start — you just need to want to move forward.
